Description
This training covers your role as a follower in your organization's emergency plan. You will learn how to detect and report emergencies, how to evacuate safely, and how to act in accordance with the instructions of emergency responders. By completing this course, you will be prepared to respond calmly and correctly in emergency situations.
After this course you can
- Recognize an emergency situation and assess the danger correctly
- Name the three correct ways to report a fire or emergency
- Apply the correct procedure for reporting: who you are, what happened, and where it happened
- Describe the correct steps to take during an evacuation
- Identify the role of the follower within the broader emergency plan
- Act in accordance with the instructions of designated emergency responders
