Customer Success Manager
Op zoek naar een job waar je klanten écht vooruithelpt én mee bouwt aan groei? Play it (marktleider in game-based learning) zoekt een Customer Success Specialist die klanten vlot onboardt, implementeert en helpt om maximaal rendement te halen uit onze leeroplossingen.
Je wordt het vaste aanspreekpunt voor je eigen klantenportfolio en schakelt vlot met Sales en Productie om vragen op te lossen, feedback te vertalen en opportuniteiten (upsell/cross-sell) te spotten.
