Description
This course teaches you the essential steps of resuscitation (CPR), including chest compressions, rescue breathing, and the use of an AED. You will learn how to recognize a cardiac arrest, respond quickly, and apply the correct techniques. By completing this training, you will be prepared to act confidently and effectively in an emergency.
After this course you can
- Recognize the signs of cardiac arrest and unconsciousness
- Describe the correct steps of the resuscitation procedure
- Apply chest compressions with the right technique, depth, and rhythm
- Perform rescue breathing safely and effectively
- Operate an AED correctly in an emergency situation
- Explain when and how to use the recovery position
