Move victim (Rautek)
Description
This training teaches you how to respond correctly when you encounter an unconscious person in the workplace. You will learn how to assess the situation, call for help, and safely move the victim using the Rautek rescue grip. By the end of this course, you will be able to act decisively and correctly in an emergency situation.
After this course you can
- Recognize an emergency situation and assess whether it is safe to approach the victim
- Alert bystanders and emergency services correctly
- Check the victim's level of consciousness
- Apply the Rautek rescue grip correctly to move an unconscious victim
- Describe the correct steps to take while waiting for emergency services
